Multi National Account Manager (Corporate Travel)

This is a remote/Work from Home position in the United States

As the Multi-National Account Manager you will be responsible for managing a client portfolio of National and Multi-National corporate travel customers. This includes client retention, contract negotiation, implementation and business consolidation, sales of products and services, financials (budgets, billing, payment and profitability), business planning and reviews, establishing relationships with key decision makers in multiple regions, business continuance and escalation of travel operations.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Consulting with client to develop policies and programs that fit their corporate travel program needs and budget goals
  • Managing account profitability by reviewing monthly income statements and taking action as appropriate
  • Assisting the client with negotiation of profitable vendor contracts - air, car, hotel
  • Liaising with key contacts at client sites to build multi-level relationships within their companies
  • Conducting account reviews
  • When needed, overseeing the implementation of Corporate Travel customers, working closely with national and global implementation teams to ensure customer expectations are met
  • Conducting annual client satisfaction survey and recommending improvements or business changes based on results.


  • Corporate Travel Management experience in Account Management
  • Extensive knowledge of current travel industry operations and technology
  • Proven knowledge of corporate travel pricing and industry products
  • Effective negotiation skills and decision making, problem solving skills with experience working on air, car and hotel
  • Excellent rapport building abilities, professional presentation skills, an engaging communicator
  • Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours
