Manager, Sales Administration

As the Manager of Sales Administration, you will support the sales leadership team by driving projects and processes to ensure effective sales lifecycle application and measurement through review and reporting on sales pipeline activities.

New business development and support: *Utilizes and adheres to the sales process as outlined by sales management and works with the sales team members to ensure consistent and accurate application *Acts as primary point of contact for sales team members for the purposes of CRM guidance *Liaises with marketing for the purposes of lead development and marketing initiatives *Assigns leads and manages any incoming sales enquiries

Reporting: *Utilize company Salesforce to document and support all sales activities *Provides reporting on sales activities

Sales collateral support:

*Sources appropriate client references as required and maintains client reference database

Pipeline development: *Maintains global sales target list *Schedules and provides all supporting information for periodic SPI review as required by sales leaders. *Conducts periodic reviews with sales team members and/or leaders to review activity and all activities are correctly documented and current

Qualifications *Experience of working in an administrative, process and project management role *Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce strongly preferred) *Experience working within large/global corporate sales environment *Effective communication skills, oral, written and presentation *Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office tools

Preferred: *Travel or hospitality industry experience *ET, CT or MT time zones preferred
