We are looking for a proven leader to be responsible for providing support and project performance delivery for a range of business initiatives at both a local, regional, and divisional level. Responsibilities include analysing and proposing ways to improve our organization's structure, efficiency, or profit as a leader or member of a project team.

This diverse portfolio will allow you to add value to our business through identifying various process improvements aimed at enhancing business effectiveness, service delivery and driving high levels of quality across the business. This role offers the opportunity to work as part of a cross-functional team and provides exposure and collaboration with stakeholders locally, regionally and globally.

You will proactively and effectively challenge business performance to improve results, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will identify best practices in the customer experience and in operation efficiency from both in and out of the industry and be able to apply these ideas and concepts to our organization.

To apply, you must have:

  • Demonstrated leadership and/or managerial experience
  • Be a subject matter expert in Agency Operations, Call Centre principles, or Automation/Technology
  • Demonstrated competency in MS Office tools, Word, PowerPoint, Excel - Access, MS Project a plus
  • Ability to travel regularly
  • Proven experience in Process Improvement and Project Management.
