We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager who is passionate about technology and building products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company's vision and strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to formulate and prioritize product development roadmap
  • Manage expectations of product delivery scope and timelines with internal stakeholders; escalate and proactively resolve third-party dependencies
  • Take initiative to independently discover business logic flaws, data imperfections, and potential product enhancements, and drive continuous product improvement
  • Serve as the go-to person for technical and functional product knowledge; lead and collaborate on all business readiness activities, such as end user training, product demos, product documentation, testing and rollout
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure high quality and timely releases

  • Translate high-level requirements into detailed development-ready specifications, focusing on complex back-end application logic and 3rd party API integrations

  • Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members

  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding

Requirements

  • 5+ years of technical product management or engineering experience, focusing on complex back-end functionality, preferably in an enterprise software development environment

  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

  • Ability to interpret product and marketing strategies and effectively manage the technical aspects of product delivery
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development, web technologies, cloud technologies, and data analytics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred
