Lineage Logistics Business Analyst in Allentown, Pennsylvania
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Support the execution of Lineage projects by using company-adopted methodologies
Elicit, analyze and document functional and technical requirements or user stories
Perform configuration within a variety of software packages
Develop test plans for given software releases
Develop and execute unit, system, and integration test cases
Cultivate strong business relationships by demonstrating an understanding of related processes, requirements, systems, and terminology
Maintain awareness of best practices, including processes and technology, and identify opportunities for improvement of existing functionality
Develop, use existing, or research new tools that improve the delivery of solutions to customers
Develop work breakdown structures
Coordinate work regarding WMS/TMS/ERP interfaces with other systems supply chain systems
Estimate effort and duration for work
Create, maintain, and ensure quality of systems that support key customer business processes
Collaborate with the functional end users, vendors, and IT peers to support applications, system integrations, and capabilities as needed
Document and maintain support procedures and information as needed to maintain a positive support level
Coach and mentor others
Forecasting
Provide data analysis and data
Analyze information to define business problems, user stories, and use cases; identify potential change impacts
Analyze existing and future state business processes, systems and flows of data
Partner with subject matter experts to validate associated system requirements and solutions
Plans, designs, and recommends business process to improve and support business activities
Participate in proof of concept and pilot activities
Oversee LM
Identify gaps
Incentive tracking
Troubleshooting hardware issues within warehouse computer equipment
Creating new user accounts for new team members starting who need email and Window access.
Partner with Ops Managers and supervisors to sit down with individual team members helping them better understand LM and DLX
CP Audits
Layered assessments
Other duties as assigned
Ideal candidate will have business analysis and project management experience
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES):
Computer Skills: Advanced general computer skills required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Required experience with integration technologies and solution design
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally with customers, peers, and management required
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
Must be able to work cooperatively and effectively in a team environment
Special Skills: Advanced troubleshooting skills
Ability to lead and mentor junior team members through requirements gathering, business process mapping, and system analysts
Travel: Some travel may be required
Ideal candidate will have business analysis and project management experience
Our team has multiple interface points to other systems that will need to be managed as part of this role
