*Qualifications:  *

• SFDC Experience with focus on Apex, Triggers, VF development, Aura Components, Lighting Web Components  

• Solid experience in HTML, JS, and CSS  

• Strong Expertise in Sales and Service Cloud (PRM and/or CLM a plus)  

• Proficiency in SFDC development environment including VS Code, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL and Web Services  

• Strong Expertise in Salesforce Data Models, Security Structure, governor limits, integrations, and change management.   

Nice to have:

• Experience in designing and developing integration solutions using Apex Web Services, Web Service APIs, Salesforce REST APIs, and Salesforce Metadata APIs.    

• Strong experience with git version control.  

• Knowledge of architecting integration solutions between SFDC and external systems  

• Experience design and developing on Lightning platform  

• Knowledge of Agile methodology  

• Functional knowledge of ITSM and ITIL support framework
