Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Handles employee issues, such as mediating disputes and directing disciplinary procedures.
Conducts investigations into workplace issues including, but not limited to, complaints of unfair treatment, discrimination, hostile work environment, harassment, and retaliation.
Provides support to employees with benefit questions and issues.
Assists with communication of benefits information and offerings to employees and managers.
Serves as a partner with Talent Management to support the management of the organization's human resources related systems.
Provides support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves or 401k and resolves any issues that may arise.
Ensures compliance with labor regulations.
Knowledge and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience.
1-3 years of Human Resources and/or employee relations experience.
Bilingual preferred.
General knowledge of compliance laws and regulations associated with HR disciplines, including employee relations, benefits, wage & hour, and leaves.
Ability to quickly and accurately analyze large quantities of information to make appropriate and consistent employment recommendations.
Strong communication and customer skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with both individual contributors and leadership.
Ability to multi-task in high stress and strict deadline situations.
Effective utilization of computer systems including company and industry related software for essential job functions.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentially.
